When it gets to pricing, then it just becomes a different conversation. Microsoft is talking about Office 365 or 365 having an upcharge of like $30 a month for the AI capabilities they're going to build in. You know, you get into some weird or unusual or to be determined pricing capabilities that I think still have to sort of be worked out. People will be surprised at how much what seems like interesting technology and, gosh, everybody's going to want this," he says. "What value does IT provide? Do we really need IT anymore?"
