How to Burn Calories in Less Than Two Months
Running is a really efficient way to burn calories. But if you like it, running is fun. I don't like playing football as well. Yeah. Makes me so happy. Anyway, guys, my CrossFit gym or box, as they call it, is not like that at all. They have no mirrors in the gym. You're not allowed to do it with your top off. Everyone is walked through every single movement before every single class. And then they try and tell you for about five minutes until you lose interest. So, just make me happy.
