How Many Meetings Do You Have With People?

On average, it's six to eight touch points or points of contact on average that it takes to engage someone. The more you move towards corporates and businesses, the more they want to audit that kind of thing. But in terms of taking a note of it, I don't tend to do it so much because it's organic. Some things you can be robotic about. How many people am I starting new conversations with each day? So that you don't think a day's going really well because you had a nice chat with someone. And it's kind of a nicer, organic way of selling, right?
