Diet and physical activity are modifiable risk factors for depression, but they're also modified risk factors for obesity. The more science emerges in various fields of health and medicine, the more we often find that the lifestyle factors that we are promoting to help reduce the likelihood or even treat those conditions are quite similar. And I think this recognition of certainly the common mental disorders such as depression as another of the chronic non communicable diseases is a really important one. But apart from anything else, it just makes so much sense to be tackling this.
