The State Supreme Court Decided That the State of Washington Is Free of State Jurisdiction

The three defendants in this case were clearly within the boundary that was demarcated as washington state. But after their arrest, their defense used g p s to locate the customs facility where they were searched. And technically it took place north of washingtonstate. Is a technicality that it's the law is made of technicalities. If these three defendants were able to get the state supreme court to side with their case, it would essentially acknowledge that the washington state border is not where it says it is.
