Every implementation has a web server built into it and they build these web servers in the low-level language so node is written in C I believe bun is written in Zig and Dino is written in Rust. All of those things express fastified they are using the internal HTTP server APIs. think that's pretty exciting because if that means that theHTTP server is faster than anyone out there then that might be a reason why you want to go ahead.
