The Campe Hymns
i was raised presbyterian so they were very foreign to me, and i've never really been into the blood of jesus at all. But for many people, you know, those kind of hymns were really important. That was really cruel thing, was we learned to cherish each other's traditions. communion was always very powerful because we celebrated an open communion - anyone who just walked in the church could take communion. And then the end of the service, i remem we would always go all t way round the the parimiter of the church and hold hands and sing, there's a sweet, sweet spirit in this place. There really was.
