i think part of the put o, the other thread here, is that not only would everyone have to disclose it, but everyone could have access to it. It's almost like the open source software movement that i wrote about more than a decade ago. So i like his idea, and it's a long shot, to be sure,. But most provocations are, how does this how do we bring radical disclosure, radical transparency toto the world?
