Jesus knows there's no order of difficulty in miracles, so he treats them all the same. He's not trying to build a reputation as a symptom remover, because that's not his message. The resurrection of the mind is where the correction is, and that's where the healing is. And these symptom removal things which we could say, that's a symptom removal right there.
