Introduction

Candice DeLong was born with polio and tuberculosis in India. She moved to the U.S. at age 19, where she has been having preventative care ever since. Her official paralysis line is T9 in her spine; as an adult he's had chronic UTIs and kidney infections secondary to the polio.
