Loneliness is as toxic for our bodies as smoking 15 cigarettes a day, according to various meta analyses. Our social connection matters more than even our diet and our exercise, according to some studies. For us to feel like ourselves, for us to be able to explore who we are, often we find pieces of ourselves and other people, and we begin to incorporate that. And that's how we feel enriched, and that’s how we feel full.
