Is the Eucharist a Sacrament?

Ex opera operato means by virtue of the work having been done, which is what that latin phrase means. It's not dependent on the disposition of the minister or the communicant whether a sacrament is valid or not. And if i come on in repentance, well, i'm still getting the body and blood of christ. But as paul says, i'm sinning against the body andBlood of Christ.
