Merrill: There are some parallels between our transformation work and what the agency within the ready does. When I am in a client and they're like, if there were two more of you, could this go faster? I'm usually like probably not. But that's like, I know where you're going. And whereas on the agency side of the ready, like bodies would do a lot of the thing because it's like,. we just need to make a bunch of stuff and we know what that stuff.
