What Can You Tell Us About the Torture Chambers?
Ukrainian interior minister says at least 63 bodies with signs of torture have been found in his own country. Colin has interviewed a chap called Maxim who he discovered was on a list of former Ukrainian service, service personnel that was found by the Russians. The police station where he said he was tortured is now being treated as a crime scene and authorities are investigating 869 cases of detention and torture. But so far only 480 of the alleged victims have been found.
