The Implicit Association Test

In the last 10 years, implicit bias has taken over the conversation of why racism goes on in America. We don't know exactly what it's testing but seems to be testing a mix of different things going on inside your head. I think that much deeper driver is these harder structural things that if you actually want real improvements on those outcomes, you need to change. And by the way, implicit bias tests just make them clear.
