How to Talk to Your Employer About Neurodiversity in the Workplace
I don't think all of this change you know should be on neurodivergent employees themselves and it's because a lot of the time those conversations can be shut down that those processes can be difficult. We're trying to fix all of that stuff right we're trying to make it so that these conversations are easier for people who want to talk about ADHD at work. I'm not giving any legal advice here but I do kind of like any advice that you have for someone to start this ball rolling in the workplace where should they go what should they do yeah.
