What Is the Difference Between Real Time and Artificial Intelligence?

Real time can be very misleading when someone says real time in machine learning because indeed it can be very, very different. Real time for a company like Netflix is probably in a time for you know, you want to deliver a prediction in the time frame of let's say a few seconds. For a bank, for example, that is detecting fraudulent transactions, real time means probably a few minutes.
