The Importance of Loop Returns in Apparel
I think something like loop returns is fantastic if you're in apparel. I should have to write a handwritten note, get it notarized, mail it to you and then wait for your response from another notarized letter. And the notary has to live 400 miles away from your primary residence. That's the difference. If you want to return a stick of native deodorant, it almost, with 99% certainty, I was certain you'd never going to buy again. You almost never want to return it. To be clear, neither of us are advocating for this, but this is just the simple hard facts of like this life.
