How do you prepare for a conversation that is going to be contentious or difficult? I always think with intention about how I'm going to present certain information. And so, how I position things is always very intentional and the language I use is alwaysvery intentional. So, if you were to ever read my notes, I always take notes during the meeting so people can fully engage.
