Birthright Citizenship in the United States

In the constitution, of course, a congress is given the responsibility for coming up with a method for naturalizing citizens. And when they do that, they write a statute that sets up a process accessible only to white persons. But birthright citizenship takes place more through legal decision making. The courts are grappling with this and defining the bound ries of birthright citizenship very liberally. Iam going to the point even of saying that a child who is born in the united states, leaves as a very young person never returns, is still entitled to birthright citizenship.
