i think the gratitude and power of now and being present isis so fantastic, like, there's so much value in what you're doing in that moment. I love that my coach david roce, when we first started working together, for my sunday runs, he would explicitly write, get to a summit, take a photo and like appreciate it,. And i highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been out there yet. It's absolutely stunning. You still gain a thousand feet on the run, but then you kind of sneakily descend for 20 or 25 miles after that. Ah, yes, unverver! That sounds so awesome!"
