Is There a Lot of Hierarchy in the Corporate World?
As someone who's tried to work in startups, I think that there's a lot of hierarchy that's trained into us. And so it's like unlearning the old world and then also learning the new world. The only way organizations change is by the continual iterative effort to change them. You have to show yourself that taking small action continuously will get you to where you want to go.
