The Importance of Selfless Service in Karma Yoga

The Sivananda organization is based on this idea which is shared across different, similar institutions of karma yoga or selfless service. But in the Indian ashram there was that population of karma yogis broadly speaking who taught classes and did administration but they weren't the ones cooking and cleaning. The majority of work everywhere else in the institution as far as I know is done by, um, criminal case as they call themselves. Men and women but mostly women, who, who makes under $2 a day, serving the institution,. That just didn't exist elsewhere.
