This week I was actually at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab for an event where they're trying to figure out how they can better transition technology out of their lab. The FFRDCs, these national labs, they have a lot of money coming in. They create a lot of IPs where they file patents on this stuff. Like you said, it just sits in the lab and it's really hard to get it out. And one of the problems that came up is we had one of the senior researchers there from one of the labs and he was talking about some of the stuff he was working on.
