We've tried to institutionalize a little bit of that so that you don't have to talk directly to customers to be able to know what's going on. As a 30% team we've been able to say there are some things we can do to make sure that everyone in the organization can be close to customers our engineers still get pulled into into really hairy support requests where they have to dig in more digging further.
