The Bottom Up Top Down Approach to Innovation Management
The idea of a startup having a library of the needs it's trying to solve for is fascinating. That's a great way also for corporates to approach startups as opposed to just saying I saw this great technology and maybe can solve a problem we have. It can focus on the use cases that matter and that match a particular startups solutions. But you do need to leave some wiggle room for us also as innovation managers based on the thing that give us prerogative and our discretion, the appetite comes with eating approach.
