The Importance of Documentation in DevOps

There's lots of important documentation that's way outside the code. And in a lot of places, it's kind of given a short shrift or we don't know what to do. So you go ask a developer, where did you document this and then they put their hands in? I don't even know where I would do that. You can do lots of really impressive things in it, but it is a more methodical process.
