Christine is visually impaired and has no idea what's going on around her. On top of all that, there's the added pressure of making a dish judged by three of the most famous chefs in the world. It was nerve racking knowing that i would have to cook a dish for these judges to taste,. but stressfull because i'm in a foreign environment as someone who's visual impaired.
