Is China a Threat to Globalization?

China has for decades made a practice that we all know about using cyber to steal intellectual property from the United States companies. The Chinese are really now focused on obtaining a very narrow set of highly advanced technologies. There's a debate going on in China about how sanction-proof they are and whether sanctions will stop them from progressing technologically or spur them to pass them.
