The spring offensive has been a little bit of an anti-climax in that it is more of a continual plodding on. One of the key areas is this small city of backmoot, which Moscow is increasingly obsessed with extinguishing. Given how much money the US has been spending on the Ukrainian defense, should Washington have a say in the prioritization of this city? Do you think the Ukrainians really should be persuaded to withdraw, to pull out of back moot, to regroup elsewhere? Or do you think the thing to do is that the US should really step up its support for Ukraine so that the Ukrainians can finally push the Russians out of Backmoot?
