A number of developments have happened over the last week, namely both investment and lawsuits. Microsoft and GitHub are being sued for allegedly violating copyright law by reproducing open source code using AI. Getty Images is suing stable diffusion creators of the popular AI art tool stable diffusion over alleged copyright violations. Last but not least, Microsoft is considering a $10 billion bet on chat GPT and OpenAI in particular. Mr Politsi, what do you think about these images, lawsuits, AI and investment?
