If you're doing email marketing right, that it's a dialogue because you're sending messages and your subscribers individually are responding. Yelling it someone about your launch feature or event is bad conversational etiquette. She says good conversationalists bring something to the table. Insight, value, education, and they listen. So talk about what I think is a overlooked aspect of email marketing as a listening tool.
