Companies Paying High Income Taxes

I grew up in a relatively high tax environment in the UK. And one thing you rapidly realized when you were... When you reach the sort of upper middle classes in the UK is that suddenly you wound up coming across these things like company cars. Or what my dad's employer wants... Well not once. Why is it? It's such small ball. I can't believe it. It's like 1099 income.
