i think most people, almost everybody, would think he's on the right track if he opens up the transparency. If you wanted to limit your risk while getting the most leverage, you would buy nine point two % of twitter. That's enough to get everybody's attention and say, ok, i'm the lion king of shareholders. And then just organ the other shareholders. It's easier to organize the others than to buy their shares. Not many people could do that, or who else could really? I can't see inside his mind.
