The Importance of Consistency in Social Media

Don't think about engaging in social media as needing to have this big, incredible thing to say. Think of it as being part of a community because your next killer hire could be listening to this podcast and see your name in the comments. Your next client could be reading the replies to that tweet that you engaged with online. Like more important than putting a ton of work into something and coming up with something novel is just being consistent.
