The Importance of Having a Well Resourced Administration Team
Women are expected to juggle all these different roles, be everything to everyone. This is one of the reasons I think that we see a lot higher proportion of anxiety and depression in neurodivergent women compared to Neurotypical men. If you have just one role that you're fulfilling, it's a lot easier because your admin team's dealing with one type of information. And so that's the assumption of functioning. Yeah.
