We have to stop using stress as our huristic. For now i have psychological cover to say no and replace it with other hurristics. Here is how i keep track of what a reasonable work load is. I'm going to time block my day so things are getting attention one at a time. But i know what's reasonable and i don't do beyond that. And yet feel scary in the moment. Becaue like i can't start saying no to but again, you are saying no. You're to saying it 20 % later.
