i spent so much of my life tryng to run from my negative emotions. i was very conflict aboand so if i felt angry at somebody, i wouldn't say it. I would just stuff it down, often with a healthy dose of alcohol. But you know, that never works. It always bubbles back up. So if you can confront your emotions and be present with your motions in a very positive way, like, oh, i feel angry. A lot of good can come from that, eh? All right, i think thate's a lot.
