Seller Financing Is a Good Idea for Retail Investors
A lot of seller notes are going to be written at interest rates, maybe 5, 6, 7. But from a retail investors point of view, if they got cash for the sale of their business on closing day, they can't go and get those types of interest rates in any kind of bond. So it's, I always say that a seller's willingness to do seller financing is a good indication to buyers about the seller's faith in the business and them as a buyer.
