I don't think the old world sales and marketing running separate lines is relevant, at least in a hyper growth SaaS company these days. One thing that a lot of companies do wrong with their go-to-market strategies is they try to focus on too many things at the same time. Being very focused, being laser focused on who do you want to sell to is extremely important from a go- To-Market strategy standpoint.
