What got you here will not get you there. What has gotten you to this point in your life, whether you're miserable or wildly successful, it's not going to get you to that next level. Proneer ship and thinking like an ancpronuer is about change. It's about seeing a thousand yards past the guy whom you're competing with who is looking at two yards in front of him. You've got to be able to anticipate what's going to happen aright? And a lot of you guys think that if you keep doing the same thing over and over and over again, even though it stopped working, that it will restart working again. That's not the case
There's a common mistake that stalls a lot of people's progress. They may be on their way to achieving their goals, making more money, but then all of a sudden, they hit a brick wall. Why? It's because people assume that the same plan and practices that earned them some success at the early stages of their life can be applied to every other stage. It can't. Yes, there are fundamentals to success. But you also have to be adaptable. Your plan has to evolve. Your skill set has to be developed and reinvented. Bottom line: if you want to continue fulfilling your own true potential, you have to learn to change.
