How do you decide between keeping a property as a long term rental, or flipping it, or wholesaling it? How do you decide which strategy to implement? Bob: A deal that i would typically buy for myself, maybe i won't buy it right now. However, if the deal looks good enough where i can pull most of my capital back out, i will do that deal myself.
