i think it's absolutely a muscle that we have. It's a mental muscle. And i think the research backs us up is that if we can train that discipline, that self control, that ability to sit with that, that hard thing and navigate it, it helps other aspects of our life. How do you cultivate that in your life? At least once a week i'm doing something where i'm pushing, like, the bounds of my physical ability.
