Agrad: I've become very interested in a dimension of being an excellence which is oragonal, not parallel to but rather in another dimension. A friend at harvard, howard gardener, calls it good work - where you take what you're grate at and pare it with what you love doing,. And that is a work that's fabulous. If those three things line up, your excellence, your engagement and your ethics, then you're on fire. It's really helped me to be a better leader, and i know so many in our community.
