What's Your Approach to Professional Development?

I don't thinken every talk talking teachers. At the moment, were into t the stage of thinking that the model of weekly insets is a bit redundant. So we have three teachers in every year group. If i'd had created a system where they all have people here at the same time, but they don't talk to each other in that time, then there's no point.
