Lueva Beloa's Mission to Save Ukrainian Children
Lueva Beloa was appointed on both persons for children's rights just a year or six months before the war started. She and her officials were essentially taking out groups of Ukrainian children to put them into recreation camps and resorts as a temporary measure. In most of the cases she claimed that the children who were taken away from Ukraine were orphans, their parents were either dead, nowhere to be found, or generally didn't want them. So it was basically thanks to her, if I may put it this way, that thousands of children from Ukraine ended up in Russia.
