The Dangers of Speed Limits in Toronto
The only time you'll ever see any kind of bollards or protective basically railing in Toronto is I guess where someone has been hit more than one time, the same person. It was actually really shocking to me after living in Toronto and then moving to Europe. It was honestly like night and day from the pedestrian experience. In Oslo, for example, it was amazing to me that all the drivers drove the speed limit.
