A lot of times it'll come up as anger, especially in men or apathy in women. It's typically something that's been going on for several weeks and more months. And so what happens is you don't feel like you have any pop off out. You have no exit ramp. There's no time off. So we really need to stop several things and be and what and take a few days off. That takes three to four, five days, honestly. What work is burning you out? Reengage with the original foundation of why you're doing this work.
