The Emotional Component of Women's Ministry

i grew up in a denomination that ordained women and had women pastors, or women priests. And i have done an exorbitant amount of research and stood up and wrestling through this topic. This is not something that i am emotionally removed from,. nor is it something that i would like to tackle without acknowledging that there is like this an emotional component, because it is hard.
