The Rust Foundation's Conflict of Interest Policy

When I was selecting board members for the Redox OS non-profit corporation, I intentionally did not invite anyone who worked for System 76 and the company I work at. We have a very strong conflict of interest policy and having any voting block be from the same company would have seriously violated that. It sounds like there's going to be some amount of this rules in the Rust projects governance, which sounds good. The project itself has no legal requirement to do this, but I still think it would be a good requirement.
